It has been noted that Agent Azazrael was acting outside of orders during this period by being in the vicinity Inner Circle Systems and, in particular, the Section 51 Laboratory upon which the failed experiment of the late Dr. Starke was conducted.  Upon enquiry Agent Azazrael was forthcoming about rumors of a different set of people exiting the wormhole.  He continues to propagate tales of how another world exists through the Fischer State of the open wormhole and how many of these "aliens" from the "other side" have slipped within our system using superior technologies that we cannot understand.  He has been duly disciplined and this will serve as a final warning against which the Azazrael Archives will be disbanded and he will be relieved of duty.
