Archive: A00013: The Disappearance of Sister Philippine

I wish to use this opportunity to express my disappointment and frustration at what I believe are attempts to either block cases or redirect them away from my attention at the Archives.  Those few cases that I do receive officially are often nothing more than common cases with complex solutions or false leads that I believe were fabricated to keep my attention away from the true purpose of the Archives: the Truth.

My reaction to this has been to seek out cases in my official capacity, as I am fully authorized to do so by the Foundation Statement.  Although I do not use official channels to find Archive Cases, I believe that my approach has been forced into an this approach and even my alternative channels of information have trouble contacting me through suspicious events and circumstances that keep me on alert.

One such case that I have found through, channels that--for the benefit of the Archives--I shall not disclose here, is that of the disappearance of Sister Philippine from the religious penitentiary on Planet Friaas 23 in the Northern-Down Outer Systems.

Some background on the purpose of these religious penitentiaries on isolated planets is the old Governmental Dangerous Religions Act impossed during the Catagon Rebellion some 545 years ago in the Northern-Down Outer Systems.  Due to a dangerous cult leader that instigated mass terrorism against all official figures in this system under pretenses of various religious ideals the local governmental charter in this region has remained to keep other cult figures from rising.

Sister Philippine (official records state that she was born in 3591 during the Catagon Rebellion to an undisclosed DNA sourced person and has used cryogenic sleep methods to prolong her life time) was identified early in the present century as a potential conflictor with the Dangerous Religions Act, tried, and imprisoned upon Planet Friaas 23's religious penitentiary.

The details of her religious beliefs appear to stem from the original spiritual dissections of the Catagon Rebellion: the human race is perceived to be an experiment conducted by some hidden and unknown beings that orchestrate the Lunar Governments actions as a central body for unknown reasons.  The original Catagon Rebels believed that the way to disrupt the unknown beings control of the human race is to topple the Government, thus they made use of terrorist tactics against official figures and institutions.  Sister Philippine appears to continue to subscribe to this original stance and, as stated above, continued to practice terrorism against the Government and try to recruit others to do.  They do this through various mediums on the Web (see reference #1, #2, and #3) and rallies in undisclosed and changing geographic places.

Apparently this belief is not that uncommon in this part of the universe and, indeed, official penitentiary figures show a large number and a common average turnover of inmates from this body of belief--most appear to be victimized by guards and the general public there.  Indeed many inmates disappear for undisclosed reasons and even some citizens seem to go missing just after being signed into the cults official books.  What makes this case unique is two fold:  Sister Philippine was actually alive during the Catagon Rebellion and is rumored to be the daughter of the cult founder and leader, and a night guard disappeared at the same time as Sister Philippine's recorded disappearance.  In fact, without the disappearance night guard--called Andre Steven Marse--I believe that this case would not have even been officially reported and have reached one of my channels and Sister Philippine would have become just another "Inmate Exited" entry into the books of the penitentiary.

The circumstances of the disappearance of both people are contained in further details in attachments to this Archive, but shall be summarized here.  Investigation reveals that apparently the night guards often "visit" female inmates and Sister Philippine was a favourite of Andre Steven Marse's.  She claimed to be descended from the cult leader of the Catagon Rebels and to be imbued with certain psychic and telepathic powers beyond average Conduit implants and short-range scanners.  She often claimed that the "aliens" (as she referred to the beings controlling the human race) walked among us by pausing time and that she witnessed this on many occasions.  Through her psychic and telepathic powers she was contact with those and directing those against these aliens (confirmed that during the last year of her imprisonment the number of terrorist acts in this system almost quadrupled).  On one occasion a year and a day before her disappearance she claims that these aliens abducted her and performed experiments of undisclosed/unknown nature to her before placing her back into the cell.  This claim could not be substantiated by any witnesses or evidence, but medical records of a prison doctor show higher levels of hormones that naturally occur in a woman just prior to giving birth.  Sister Philippine has no record of giving birth, either in or out of the penitentiary.  Her statement also includes allusions to a future and final abduction, which (upon enquiry) members of the Catagon Rebels (who are some how in possession of the knowledge of her claims and of her disappearance in the absence of any media-pod or press releases or statements) believe has occurred.  It should be noted that many of the rebels claim to possess psychic powers similar to Sister Philippines and, assuming the existence of aliens, could explain both their awareness of the alien control that appears geared to deception and control of the human race and their knowledge of the inner happenings at the religious penitentiary on Planet Friaas 23.

Inspection of the cell that Sister Philippine reveals slightly higher radio activity than the surrounding cells, the existence of a small amount of a strange unidentified powder, and all the surrounding sources of time reference have lost three days four hours and twelve minutes of time as compared to the official planetary time.

It should be disclosed here that during my brief stay upon Friaas 23 I was contact via a secure Conduit channel and was instructed by a strange IP address to meet at a place just outside of the megalopolis in the strange dark desert like landscape there at a particular time at night.  The place was locally called Seerer's Rock and has a number of local tales concerning strange lights, Deep Web conversations, and abductions that have occurred to people at the rock.  Although a person (assumed to be the same as the one that had contacted me) did appear at the appointed time, a distant lone gunner killed him with a single silent bullet to the head before he could speak to me.  I could not identify the lone gunner and fled the scene for fear of my life.  When I returned the next morning with local policing the body of my contact was gone, not sign of his death was there, and there was no trace of the lone gunner.

Beyond the evidence collected and contained here and attached to this Archive the disappearance of Sister Philippine and the night guard, Andre Steven Marse, will remain open and unsolved.
